App says One Time Password ( OTP ) has been sent. I am not receiving any SMS. What should I do ?
OTP from Report Bee is sent as an SMS. Generally, it takes less than 30 seconds to deliver but in certain circumstances like network congestion/issue or low signal range in phone, the sms might get delayed. If you are not receiving any OTP after waiting for more than 5 minutes please contact Report Bee at +91 7812012012
I get an error message saying invalid OTP. I am sure I entered the right number.
OTP can be used only once and it will get expired after first use. Hence OTP is not sharable and reusable. For security reasons, there is a time validity also for the OTP code, which is 30 minutes. Please request for a new OTP to login, again. If you are not able to login and the error message shows again, Please do the following steps:

  • Delete Report Bee Parent from your phone and download the app again
  • Restart your phone
  • See if the Report Bee Parent is updated to the current version.
I have two wards studying in the school. But, I can see only one of the wards in the app.
The mobile app shows only the information provided to Report Bee by the school. If you are not able to view one of the wards studying in that school, then it means that your phone number is not linked to the child profile in school records. Please connect with the school to link your ward's profile with your phone number.
How do I change my mobile number which I use to login and get SMS ?
Mobile number of parents are collected, verified and maintained by the school. Please connect with the school to update the number in your ward’s profile.
How do I update or correct my information like name, email and address ?
Parent information are collected, verified and maintained by school. Please connect with the school to update the number in your ward’s profile.
How do I update my wards details like name, date of birth ( dob ) ?
The information which is displayed are as per school records. Please connect with the school to update the following information:

  • Child’s Name
  • Date of Birth (DOB)
  • Father information
  • Mother information
I can’t see my Child’s Report Card ?
Report cards will be visible for you in the app only after the school published the report card. Once published, you will receive a push notification. In case you are unable to view an already published report card, please update to the latest version in App store/Play store.
